Membership Meeting – Tuesday 9/2 – Redlands Mesa Grange.
Program: Tack Swap – set up @ 6, swap starts at 6:30pm (tables provided)
Bring your used tack to sell and trade. New and gently used items can be donated to the Club for a silent auction table.
Business meeting starts at 8pm.

Fun Night – Friday 9/5 – Hotchkiss Fairgrounds, covered arena.
Pot luck starting at 4pm. The Club will provide ribs from Zack’s. Please bring a dish to share.
Games and costume parade start at 5-5:30pm. The theme is Extraterrestrial Equines.
Bring a broomstick (w/o broom), a 4-6 inch sieve or mesh strainer.
Friends and family are welcome to join us. Only members can participate in the games.

RIDE CANCELLATION:
After some consideration, we’ve decided to cancel the ride planned for Saturday, September 6th at Bridgeport TH. With the Fun Night the evening before, we felt that two club events back-to-back might be a bit much. We’ll be looking to reschedule a ride in this beautiful area for sometime in October, so keep an eye out for details.
Thursday-Saturday 9 /19-9/21- Horse Camping Dance Hall Cabin Grand Mesa
Flowing Park Rd. Weather Permitting.
Exact camp location will be determined based on availability of camping spots.
Saturday 9/20/25 Color Ride – September Birthday Ride – Grand Mesa
Flowing Park Road. Trail Head location will be determined by Thursday 9/18 based on availability.
Dance Hall Cabin – GREEN LEVEL & BLUE LEVEL Ride – Trail Boss = Linda 970-589-6566
Details: Come up and camp any time between Thursday and Sunday. On Saturday join the Color Ride or just the POT LUCK.
Before you sign up for a ride:
- You must contact the designated Trail Boss for that ride. A phone number is provided.
- Please review Our Guide to a Safe & Enjoyable Trail Ride. Here you will find everything you need to know about how we grade the ride with regard to technical difficulty and lots of information to keep you and your horse safe, happy and have fun.
- If you are not a member, you will need to fill out our WSCSC Trail Rider Waiver as well as the Colorado Waiver.
