Join the Women's Surface Creek Saddle Club for an intensive, hands-on clinic designed to ensure your horse is prepared for any situation — whether it's a weekend trail ride or an urgent evacuation.
In an emergency, every second counts. This clinic focuses on building the confidence and skills necessary for your horse to load calmly and reliably into any trailer, with any handler.

When: Saturday, May 16, 2026 | 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Where: Delta County Fairgrounds, Hotchkiss, CO
Cost: No registration fee. Donations are encouraged to help cover the facility lease.

Who Is Invited?
- Members Only. This event is open to current WSCSC members.
- Participants: Limited to 20 horse-and-handler teams. Members of the Equine Emergency Evacuation Team will receive registration preference. Please bring your horse, trailer, halter, lead rope, and whip.
- Auditors: Members are welcome to watch, listen, and take home valuable training insights. Please note: Auditors may not bring horses.
